Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using Crowd Tracker SG ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
About the Service
Crowd Tracker SG is an independent app developed by Pete Chua (Singapore) that provides historical crowd analytics and best-time predictions for ActiveSG swimming pools and gyms. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Sport Singapore, ActiveSG, or any Singapore government agency.
Crowd data is sourced from ActiveSG's publicly accessible facility pages and processed independently. Weather data is sourced from the National Environment Agency (NEA) via data.gov.sg public APIs.
Premium Subscription
Premium features are available via an auto-renewing annual subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Payment of S$9.99 is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews annually at S$9.99 unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to premium features until then.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
All billing is handled exclusively by Apple. The developer has no access to your payment details.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app or its backend
- Scrape, redistribute, or resell data provided through the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app's servers or infrastructure
Disclaimers
Crowd data, predictions, and weather information are provided for general reference only. Actual facility conditions may differ. The app is not a substitute for official ActiveSG information. For authoritative facility status, hours, and closures, refer to the official ActiveSG app or activesg.gov.sg.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. See our Disclaimer for full details.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Pete Chua shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the app or its content.
Intellectual Property
The app and its original content (excluding third-party data sources) are the property of Pete Chua. ActiveSG® and Sport Singapore® are trademarks of the Singapore Sports Council. NEA® is a trademark of the National Environment Agency of Singapore. Crowd Tracker SG is not affiliated with these organisations.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle data. Crowd Tracker SG is designed to collect minimal data — no account registration, no location tracking, no advertising.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
